After just half a day or a day’s training, you will know how to make sense of the Scandinavian way of working.

You will learn about their relationship with time, understand the relationships between French and Scandinavian colleagues, detect their relationship with hierarchy, and understand how to put in place the right type of management and achieve successful collaboration between Franco-Scandinavian teams.

Acting internationally means stepping out of your comfort zone and challenge yourselves, and using our differences as levers for synergy.

Together we will study the basics of cultural theory, the history and culture of the country of interest, and work on your case studies inspired by the participants’ experiences, after analysing and understanding Scandinavian cultural behaviour.

My approach will enable you to quickly gain confidence, integrate successfully and work effectively with your Scandinavian partners.
